Casting Slab Crack Testing Device

Abstract

This equipment, the equipment that probes defects on slab and thick plate surface in on-line conditions, acquires images of slab front and rear surfaces produced in casting electrostatic line through non-contact type machine vision system, saves and displays slab surface crack testing information in electric room server system by applying optimal algorithm in the acquired images, and provides operator with the information on surface crack real time.
